By engaging Anointed Coder for any project, you agree to the following terms.
Ownership
The client owns the final product after full payment has been received. Until payment is complete, all work product remains the property of Anointed Coder.
Intellectual Property
- •We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
- •Reusable components and libraries developed during the project may be retained by Anointed Coder for future use.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to ROI, revenue, app store approvals, or regulatory clearance. We deliver quality software — business results depend on many factors beyond development.
Limitation of Liability
Anointed Coder is not responsible for:
- •Business losses or lost revenue arising from use of delivered software.
- •Third-party service failures (hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs).
- •Regulatory issues in the client's jurisdiction.

- •Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- •This applies especially to projects involving blockchain, fintech, betting platforms, and other regulated industries.
