Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Anointed Coder for any services, you agree to these terms.

Ownership

  • The client owns the final product after full payment is received.
  • Until full payment, all work remains the property of Anointed Coder.

Intellectual Property

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee ROI, revenue generation, or third-party approvals. We build to specification, but business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Anointed Coder is not responsible for:

  • Business losses resulting from use of delivered products.
  • Third-party service failures or outages.
  • Regulatory or legal issues arising from how the product is used.

Compliance Disclaimer

We do NOT provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Clients are fully responsible for ensuring their products comply with local and international laws.

This applies especially to:

  • Blockchain and cryptocurrency projects.
  • Fintech and payment platforms.
  • Betting, gambling, and gaming platforms.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
  • Work completed up to the point of termination must be paid for.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international business practices. Disputes will be resolved through mutual negotiation before any formal proceedings.
